As Richard Dawkins the high priest of the belief of atheism loves to point out that Charles Darwin was an atheist, Darwin only became an atheist after the death of his daughter Annie in 1851, just eight years before his first publication of “The Origin of Species”. You will note though that atheism really had little to do with the bankrupt evolutionary theory. The atheism started to hit high gear when T.H. Huxley had taken the wheel. Huxley had a political agenda that was to rally against the religious authority that was in the British education system.
Evolution as a theory was around since the days of Saint Augustine, when he produced an exegesis on the Book of Genesis as he proposed that creation was “over a length of time that he dare not conjecture” (1). The idea of evolution was not totally rejected by the Church back then obviously! The theory of evolution predated Darwin; Pierre-Louis Maupertius wrote:
“Could we not explain in this manner (fortunate change) how the multiplication of the most dissimilar species could have sprung from just two individuals? They would owe their origin to some fortuitous productions in which the elementary parts deviated from the order maintained in the parents. Each degree of error would have created a new species, and as a result of repeated deviations the infinite diversities of animals that we see today would have come about” (2)
There was and still is this battle that the evolutionist atheists are fighting against Christianity (not “religion”…Christianity!) as the atheist wants to believe “they” are a cosmic accident that just “happened”, then accountability for their actions goes out the window! Besides why would anyone believe what they say? Their brains may not have evolved that far, as to say what they say is indeed correct? By their own words they claim they are just a bag of chemicals. I wouldn’t trust them from that standpoint alone!

Yes the persecution and injustices are happening as prophesied by Jesus, however the best apologetic that a follower of Jesus Christ can do is LOVE YOUR ENEMY! Plain and simple.

Evolutionists usually try to explain evolution by saying “over a billion years everything evolved!” Then when asked how they know it was “billions of years”? They will talk about carbon dating. This is where it will fall apart.
Carbon dating gives much younger age results. C-14 is a short-lived isotope and is in a constant decay by one atom at a time turning into nitrogen. With understood variables, C-14 would ultimately decay after 100,000 years! Dr. Jason Lisle, Astrophysicist, states that “if the entire mass of the earth were C-14, after one million years, not even one atom would be left!”
There was the argument that diamonds and coal take “billions of years” to become what they are. However, C-14 is detectable in these formations! How is that even possible if the formations are alleged “billions of years old”?
C-14 is detectable in just about anything that has carbon in it. How would that be possible if the earth is “billions of years old”?
There is nothing wrong with being a skeptic. I am one, and I believe that the Book of Genesis is very clear on the timeframe of creation. I am skeptical of evolutionist’s and Old Earth Creationist’s dogma. Genesis 1 is very clear and coherent! Believe the Word of God!
